Overview

Residence visa for relatives of residence permit holders for studies, student mobility, non-professional training or voluntary services (SSF-SLF)

This visa allows the spouse, civil partner, children under 18 years of age or older with disabilities or who are unable to fend for themselves due to health reasons, relatives of residence permit holders for studies, student mobility, non-vocational training or for volunteer services to accompany during the study period.

Photo Specifications

Please provide one recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

  • Taken against white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
  • Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
  • Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
  • Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
  • Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.

Processing Time

Processing time of visa should be Minimum 15 to 45 Working days.

If you wish to visit Spain for a short period of time, you must obtain a visa prior to entry if you come from a country with a visa requirement for entering Spain.

Short Stay visas allow the holder to transit through or remain in Spanish territory and all other Schengen States for a maximum period of three months (90 days) within a period of six months (180 days) from the entry date into the Schengen Area. Nationals from countries included in the list of countries with the obligation to carry a visa in order to cross external borders must be in possession of this visa.
